2. Is there a minimum order requirement?
GEMCO Medical does not have a minimum order requirement. We understand how hard it is to meet these types of volume. No order is too small or too large.

4. What are my payment options?
GEMCO Medical offers a variety of payment options listed below:
A. OPEN ACCOUNT - Open account status is determined by a customer application, signed account agreement and
completed commercial credit inquiry. Standard terms of sale are Net 30 days from the invoice date. Click here for a
credit application.
B. CREDIT CARD PURCHASES - We accept VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER and American Express. There is not a service
fee if paid at the time of order. A 2% processing fee is applied when a credit card payment is arranged after an order
has shipped.
C. TELECHECK - Pay by check over the phone. TeleCheck processes the authorized transaction and sends an Electronic
Funds Transfer (EFT) directly from your account to ours. There is no service fee if paid at the time of order. A
2% processing fee is applied when the authorized electronic payment transaction is arranged after order has shipped. Please
call your customer service representative for details.

8. When will my order ship?
UPS Diabetes orders placed by 3:00 p.m. (EST), and DME orders placed by 2:00 p.m. (EST) will ship same day, subject to prior credit approval. Expedited shipping can be arranged, with applicable shipping charges. Appropriate freight charges may apply for special shipping conditions, delivery appointments, lift gate requirements, inside or home delivery of certain items. Please call for details if you would like your diabetes orders shipped via USPS.
