Let’s Work Together!
Getting started is easy. Our experts can help.
Most pharmacies source CGMs through the retail wholesale channel—often paying significantly higher costs for Dexcom DME benefit‑only SKUs. GEMCO Medical’s Medicare Fee‑For‑Service (FFS) Drop‑Ship Program offers a better way.
Through our program, eligible pharmacies billing Medicare Part B gain access to properly designated Dexcom DME benefit‑only SKUs at lower pricing—without the complexity of traditional fulfillment.
GEMCO Medical drop ships the CGM to the patient, while you bill Medicare Part B, retain the patient relationship.
Why Pharmacies Choose GEMCO Medical:
✅ No inventory risk or carrying costs
✅ Increased annual profit per CGM patient
✅ Streamlined, compliant drop-ship fulfillment
✅ Your logo and information on every shipment
✅ You keep the patient relationship

The GEMCO Medical Medicare Part B DME Drop‑Ship Program enables pharmacies to provide continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and other diabetes products to Medicare Part B patients without the need to carry inventory. The pharmacy remains the billing entity, submitting Medicare Part B claims for reimbursement after the patient receives their shipment from GEMCO Medical.
There are no minimum purchase requirements, and each shipment is fully customized with your pharmacy’s logo and information, creating a seamless patient experience—as if the product were shipped directly from your pharmacy.
NOTE: The pharmacy must have a Med B license.
