Inventory – Item Setup Form: Use this form to set up new items that have never been received by GEMCO. Item setup must be completed before inventory arrives to avoid processing delays and additional fees.

Inventory – Item Replenishment Form: Use this form to notify GEMCO of inbound replenishment shipments for items already established in our system. Advance notification is required to ensure timely receipt and to avoid additional processing fees.

Routing Guide: Review this guide before shipping inventory to GEMCO for detailed requirements on routing, packaging, documentation, and delivery procedures. Please share this with your shipping partners if applicable. Compliance helps ensure efficient processing and avoids additional handling charges.

Inbound Delivery Scheduler: Schedule all inbound freight deliveries through this portal prior to shipment arrival. Unscheduled deliveries may be refused or subject to additional handling fees. This link may be shared directly with your carriers or shipping partners for scheduling purposes.
