We want you to know the health and safety of our customers, employees and their families is GEMCO Medical’s top priority, and we have executed on our pre-established business continuity and pandemic contingency plans, in accordance with guidelines set by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

GEMCO Medical is an essential business and we are fully staffed and operational. We are continually monitoring the situation and doing our best to keep our customers’ orders fulfilled while keeping our employees safe.

Yes, GEMCO Medical is open and fully operational at this time. We are considered an essential business, and we are able to continue to service you.

Do you have enough product to fulfill orders?

GEMCO Medical is in close contact with our FDA-registered vendor partners on a daily basis to ensure we have adequate materials. We are not currently experiencing any product shortages.

What is GEMCO Medical doing to keep employees safe?

Our employees are our most valuable asset, and GEMCO Medical is doing its best to keep them safe. The only employees at our headquarters are essential personnel. The remainder or our team has been moved to work remotely to continue servicing our customers. For our essential personnel at our headquarters, we are following all guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Ohio Department of Public Health.
